In this class we will learn how to make the perfect crust and demystify the science of pie. Each student will make and take home incredible flaky & tender Double-Crusted Apple Pie.
At 6:45 we will be ready to greet you with appetizers, aprons and recipes. All classes start promptly at 7pm, although late arrivals may join in at any point of the class. All classes include in depth instruction, pie tastings and wine!
