In this class we will make pies that highlight the fruits and flavors of spring.  We will also learn the science and technique for making the perfect flaky and tender pie crust.  We will make a Rhubarb & Vanilla Bean Custard Pie, Mini Strawberry Balsamic Pies with Fresh Herb Cobbler, Minted Chocolate Truffle Pie, Roasted Brandied Apricot Galettes with Basil Cream.

All classes include tastings, wine, appetizers, instruction and recipes.
