In this class, we will make and learn the difference between three fabulous pie toppings. Crumb Pies, Cobblers, and Crisps.  We will make Apple Pie with Rosemary Caramel and Buttermilk Cobbler.  A Classic Blueberry Crumb Pie, and a Strawberry and Apricot Crisp and a unique Rhubarb, Blackberry Almond Cobbler - where we bake the fruit right into the cobbler!

At 6:45 we will be ready to greet you with appetizers, aprons, and recipes.  All classes start promptly at 7 pm, although late arrivals may join in at any point of the class. All classes include in-depth instruction, pie tastings, and wine!
All you need to bring is yourself.
